Maciej Gnyszka
– a visionary with his head always up in the clouds but both feet kept on the ground. He likes to combine
things which seem impossible to combine, that’s why for a few years already he calls himself a synergy
finder addict. The creator of Business Societies and the first Polish fundraising agency called Gnyszka
Fundrasing Advisors.
He gathered for non-governmental organisations over 5 000 000 zł from
private Donors and through the Societies’ activities he managed to organize meetings and gave an opportunity
for cooperation for hundreds of people. It resulted with a lot of successful contracts for a sum of more
than 10 000 000zł. Both ventures dynamically create relations between people and the trust without which a
civil society is just a dream.
Co-owner of the Synergy Workshop – probably the only Polish 360
agency.
