The purpose of the analysis of this area is to find an answer to the question of how a company can reduce
energy consumption, including improving energy efficiency with the optimal use of financial and human
resources, and to propose specific system solutions in response to the growing costs of electricity and
natural gas prices.
Our activities include the analysis of the entire area of operation of the
company in relation to energy management and boil down to measurable data. Thanks to them, we can indicate to
the organization the current energy result, which is key to take relevant business decisions affecting the
improvement of energy efficiency, incl Energy saving.
The energy result includes numerical
indicators, the assessment of the implementation of planned activities, the energy effect and the financial
result resulting from them.
We provide the enterprise energy efficiency improvement service in the
first one sequence through non-investment activities.
Our experience of working with large
companies shows that activities in the organizational area of the company are the fastest and easiest way to
improve the energy result and the resulting financial savings!
We work in a process:
STAGE 1: Diagnosis of energy management to date:
Finding an answer to the question of how the company manages energy so far (electricity, heat, fuel
consumption and others) and what effects this has on the result energy (amount of energy used or energy
consumption of processes).
The result of the preliminary analysis is a Report that provides the basis for
what needs to be implemented to improve energy management.
Creation of clear guidelines in the form of procedures and good practices, to improve the energy result.
STAGE 3: Implementation work in the scope of implementing the recommendations set out in the Stage 1 Report.
STAGE 4: Finally, the audit is carried out again.
The purpose of the final audit is to assess the effectiveness of the implemented solutions and benefits that
the organization has obtained and indication of areas for further energy improvement.
Pursuant to the Act of May 20, 2016 on energy efficiency, large enterprises, under the threat of significant
financial sanctions, are required to carry out energy audits every 4 years and inform the ERO about its
results. As practices show, the proposed investment activities from energy audit reports do not always match
the purchasing policy of companies, which leads to their abandonment.
Optimizing this area by
implementing the ISO 50001 energy management standard allows you to meet the requirements of the Act, reduce
expenses on conducting an expensive energy audit and implement solutions improving the energy result, in
accordance with the company’s current financial possibilities. The implementation of the ISO 50001 standard
also enables the most optimal energy consumption by the company and its monitoring, leading to favorable
financial and environmental effects.

STAGE 2: Energy review:
Analyzing the consumption of all energy carriers (in the current and historical context) used for
technological processes and necessary for the functioning of the enterprise.
Identify places that use
energy significantly.
Proposing solutions that reduce energy consumption in order to achieve financial
savings and reduce the negative impact on the natural environment.
